Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how PRIHAM ARTS (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use this website or contact us. It is written to reflect how this website actually works.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH], [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH]. For privacy questions, contact [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH].
2. Information we collect
Inquiry form. When you submit the project inquiry form we collect: your name, email address, optional company name, optional phone/WhatsApp number, the service you selected, your answers to the related project questions, your indicative budget and timeline, an optional target date and your project description. We also record the date and time of your consent, the version of this notice you agreed to, the page through which you arrived on the site and any campaign (UTM) parameters in that link.
Abuse prevention. To limit spam and repeated submissions we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address for a short period. We do not store your raw IP address with your inquiry.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) in server logs to deliver and secure the website.
Analytics. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
- to read and respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible project;
- to prepare a proposal if you ask us to;
- to keep a record of our communication with you;
- to protect the website and the form against abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
4. Service providers
We use the following providers to operate this website. They process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Authentication) — storage of inquiries and website content, and administrator sign-in.
- ImageKit — storage and delivery of the images and media files shown on this website. It does not receive inquiry details.
- Resend — sending email notifications about inquiries and, where enabled, a confirmation email to you.
- Meta WhatsApp Business Platform — internal notification of new inquiries, where enabled.
Some of these providers may process data outside India.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law. Inquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for up to [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH] and then deleted. Abuse-prevention hashes expire automatically within 24 hours.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. To make a request, email [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH].
Grievance contact: [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH].
7. Security
Inquiries are submitted over HTTPS, validated on our server and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. Administrative access requires an authorised account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Cookies and local storage
See our Cookie Policy for details of the cookies and browser storage this website uses.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be reflected on the inquiry form.
