Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH]. By using the website you agree to them.
1. Use of the website
You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or automated inquiries.
2. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, code, graphics and branding of this website belong to PRIHAM ARTS or its licensors. Client names, logos and project materials shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission.
3. Project inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, an obligation to provide services, or an obligation to buy services. Budget and timeline options on the form are indicative and are not quotations.
4. Quotations, scope and agreements
Any project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, ownership of deliverables and support arrangements. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for that project. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Work outside the agreed scope is subject to a change request.
5. Payments
Payment amounts, schedules, taxes and methods are set out in the project agreement. Where applicable, invoices will include GST details (GSTIN: [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH]).
6. Third-party services
Projects may depend on third-party platforms (for example hosting, domains, payment gateways, AI models, APIs or app stores). Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by those providers, and we are not responsible for changes they make.
7. Warranties and support
The website is provided “as is”. Information on it is general and may change. Warranties and post-launch support for client projects, if any, are limited to what is stated in the relevant agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH] have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Questions: [TO BE CONFIGURED BEFORE LAUNCH].
