Aarogya Multispeciality Clinics
A calm, conversion-focused website with online booking for a multi-location healthcare clinic.

Overview
Aarogya runs four outpatient clinics across Pune. Patients found it hard to see which doctor was available where, and most bookings still came in by phone.
The brief was a website that feels reassuring, explains treatments in plain language and lets patients book a slot in under a minute.

The challenge
Appointment requests arrived by phone and WhatsApp, front-desk staff re-typed them into a calendar, and the old site did not work well on mobile.

Our approach
We restructured the site around patient tasks — find a treatment, choose a clinic, pick a time — and connected booking directly to each clinic's calendar.

Implementation
Server-rendered pages for speed and SEO, an accessible booking flow with real-time availability, and an admin view for reception teams to manage slots.

Results & outcomes
A single booking flow across all clinics and a mobile-first site the team can update themselves.
