Kirana Connect
A WhatsApp ordering assistant that lets neighbourhood grocery customers order in Hindi or English.

Overview
Regular customers already sent shopping lists on WhatsApp. The shop owner wanted those messages turned into confirmed orders without typing everything twice.

The challenge
Lists arrived as free text in two languages, prices had to be looked up manually, and confirmations were often missed during busy hours.

Our approach
An AI assistant reads each list, matches items to the shop's inventory sheet, replies with a priced order and asks for confirmation before anything is packed.

Implementation
Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform with a human hand-off for anything the assistant is unsure about, and an order desk for the shop owner.

Results & outcomes
Orders arrive structured and confirmed, and the owner stays in control of every reply.
